Vitamin E is an incredibly powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger – meaning that it assists in destroying or neutralising free radicals, which are the unstable oxygen molecules that cuase damage to cells. Along with vitamin A, vitamin E helps the body to produce superoxide dismutase (SOD), which scavenges for free radicals. It also supports cardiovascular health by reducing the harmful effects of LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. Vitamin E also supports a healthy immune system and helps improve skin health.

VitaHealth E VITA 400 contains only NATURAL Vitamin E(d-alpha-tocopherol), which has approximately TWICE the bioavailability of synthetic Vitamin E(dl-alpha-tocopherol).

  • Directions

Take one softgel daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

VitaHealth E Vita 400 can also be applied topically (to help prevent scarring) by breaking open the softgel and applying the oil directly to the skin
